Valerie Repetski has a heart for worship. This journey as a worship leader has been one of encounter, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, hard work, humility and passion. Valerie has had the privilege of seeing God moving in many ways while leading worship with her husband Rocco. Together they have led thousands in worship at conferences, seen teens longing for more than this world has to offer at youth events, witnessed the growth of souls getting away on retreats and watched the sheer joy music can explode in someone’s soul with their new pop project, “sunset + mine”.

Valerie has been blessed with a remarkably beautiful voice and has had the opportunity to play with and be mentored by several top Catholic artists. Her greatest joy in music is leading others to fall more deeply in love with Christ through prayer and music during Adoration.

Valerie began playing music in college as student campus minister at Marymount University in Arlington, VA, where she majored in theology and religious studies. She took the classes required for medical school to pursue her childhood dream of becoming an emergency room surgeon, but after graduating realized that the desire God had planted in her heart to lead worship was calling her to glorify Him through music.

Valerie grew up in northern Virginia with her parents and older brother, Michael. God continued to bless her with overwhelming joy when she married her husband Rocco in May of 2012. They enjoy singing and writing songs together, and joining their prayers together through song has been an incredible blessing in their marriage. (Rocco plays keys in The Restless and enjoys supporting and accompanying Valerie wherever God leads them).

God continues to open doors for Valerie. She currently juggles time between leading worship alongside Rocco throughout the mid-Atlantic and recording a new project in Los Angeles. “sunset + mine” is this new synth pop project from Valerie and Rocco — their first single “Honey Let’s Go” released in early 2022!
